Refund policy

Returns: Contact Rugged Ranch office to discuss. If refund is determined, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Any shipping cost will not be refunded. All shipping cost for any returns will be consumer responsibility.

 Our Limited Warranty applies to Rugged Ranch products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, and under normal use and conditions, for a period up to 90 days from the original purchase date. This does not cover cosmetic concerns.

 What does this limited 90 days warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers defects only in material or manufacturing workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

 During the Warranty Period, Rugged Ranch will determine to replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase.

 We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original place of purchase.

 What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions, natural disasters, weather, negligence or improper installation damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic dents, paint chips, wood splits or defects that do not affect the integrity of product.

This also does not cover damage incurred during shipping & delivery.

All CatchMor Traps cannot be refunded after use. If not used – must be in unopened original box to discuss options. 

 What do you have to do? Contact Rugged Ranch to discuss the issue and we can decide the most appropriate solution for you. Proof of purchase is required. Photos of item in question will be requested in order to help determine best resolution.
